How to Mirror Image in Microsoft Word – Mirroring an image is useful when you want to print photos in reverse view. Fortunately, the Microsoft Word application can help mirror images like the following guide.
To mirror a picture in Microsoft Word, open the Word document that contains the picture (or insert a picture by clicking Insert> Pictures ) and click the picture to select it.
Next, in Windows, right-click the image and select ” Format Picture “. On a Mac, you can also use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + 1.
You will now be on the ” Effects ” tab in the ” Format Picture ” panel that appears on the right side of the window. Here, click the “ 3-D Rotation ” side arrow to display the contents.
Next, change the ” X Rotation ” degree to “180” by typing it directly in the text box or by pressing the up arrow to the right of the text box. Pressing the up arrow will increase the degrees in increments of ten.
After X Rotation is set to 180 degrees, the selected image will be mirrored exactly like the original image.
You can also mirror the image manually by clicking on the image to select it and then clicking and dragging the right to the left lever.
This second method may be faster than the first method, but it is difficult to get a 180-degree image this way.
